Keep your Obscurity

Just a thought that occurred to me last night riding my scooter down a dark country lane:
What with everybody and their cat being online, on Facebook, twitter, blogging like mad, trying to get high up the ranks on Google…

Could it be that obscurity will be the hot currency in the future?

Just google my name and you will find a very embarrassing clip of me which is going to be online FOR EVER. For my son, my son’s children, their children. For eternity.

It’s scary and exciting at the same time to think generations of Heiss’ can look up history online. I don’t think we realise how different it is for our children to grow up in a digital world.
